Formally Established since 2018 & Open to Older Adults in the Greater New York Area:
For older adults (60+) in the Greater New York Area, groups convene both virtually and in-person, offering diverse programming that greatly helps reduce social isolation, providing camaraderie, peer-support, cognitive stimulation, self-help/empowerment tools and information, and much more. Held by specialists in their fields, some popular groups include the following topics: meditation, music, women’s issues, current events, arts and art history/culture, tech-connectivity games/tools, pet care tips, food and nutrition, medication education, advocacy and self-empowerment. Explore our groups brochure and calendar below for more information or contact Jacob Gonzalez, Groups Coordinator.
